In a proactive step toward enhancing learning recovery and instructional support, the Schools Division conducted an orientation on the ARAL Program attended by school heads and selected master teachers across the division on July 3, 2025.
The orientation aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of the program’s framework, goals, and strategies for effective implementation. Emphasizing the importance of responsive and inclusive teaching, the session served as a platform for school leaders and instructional coaches to align efforts in addressing learning gaps.
Resource speakers p rovided a comprehensive overview of the ARAL Program’s components, including learner profiling, targeted interventions, and progress monitoring. Open discussions encouraged collaborative planning, allowing participants to share insights and best practices from their respective schools.
By equipping school leaders and master teachers with the right tools and direction, the division continues its commitment to delivering quality, equitable education for all learners.
