Marcela Marcelo Elementary School is an institution found at the heart of Malibay, Pasay City which is currently on its 48th year of existence. This school has been continuously setting milestone through the years.

The inclusion of child mapping is relevant activity which essentially establishes partnership among several stakeholders. Record information from the barangay for potential enrollees in barangay 172,173,174,175,176 ,177, 180, 181 and 182 in the community which can be used in the school planning.
To ensure the synchronization of the Early Registration Marcela Marcelo Elementary School maximizes social media page like Facebook, Text, Call, email and online messaging. Physical registration in schools and barangays might be allowed given that public health and safety protocols will be strictly followed. Utilization of tarpaulin, announcement, brochure, poster and other means to provide basic information dissemination.
Project LMK fosters relationship in wider school community, converge parents, alumni and other stakeholders to provide assistance in school like school supplies and to selected early bird enrollees. Basically, to ensure all pupils have what they need in school.
Objectives:
Locate children who should be in school.
Identify and enroll the five-year-old children, out- of -school children, and out-of-school youth of the school catchment area.
Collaborate with the local government units, barangay official, parent-teachers associations to make the necessary adjustments and preparations for the coming opening of classes.
Adhere to school policies regarding the right of all school-aged learners to enroll.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project LMK: Lista Mo Kinabukasan Ko is a school organized teams that will lead the advocacy campaign to ensure the right of all school-aged learners to enroll and be equally provided with quality, accessible basic education. It is a collaborative project of the Guidance teachers, ICT teachers, Kindergarten and Grade One Teachers to mobilize teachers, community support and prepare resources to further improve education deliver for school year 2021-2022.
