Marcela Marcelo Elementary School achieved notable success at the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC), held at EDSES on January 20 and 21, with the awarding ceremony on January 25. The school clinched Second Place in Editorial Cartooning, with training provided by Ms. Karen F. De Vera; Second Place in Technical for Radio Broadcasting (Filipino), led by Joy M. Egoy, assisted by Jasmin Beverly G. Egsoc; and Third Place in Collaborative Writing, under the guidance of Merle Buenasflores and Monica Cuerdo. These achievements underscore the students’ talent and creativity across a range of media fields. The awards are a testament to the dedication of both the students and their mentors, and reflect the strong support of the school principal, Dr. Tirso V.
