On Tuesday, February 4, 2025, a focused classroom observation initiative took place to strengthen Grade Three teachers’ instructional practices for project TEE TO RISE projects. The program, aimed at providing hands-on, professional development, featured three demonstration teachers: Mark Henry Tiongson, who led an Independent Reading session; Meriam G. Mindajao, who conducted Shared Reading; and Mariel Andrade, who facilitated a Read Aloud session.

These sessions were carefully observed by a group of education professionals, including School Head Dr. Tiso V. Gali and Master Teachers Ms. Campos, Mrs. Reyes, and Mrs. Tagarao. The objective was to offer constructive feedback and guidance that would empower the teachers to refine their strategies and foster a more dynamic learning environment.

The initiative underscores the importance of continuous learning and collaboration in improving teaching techniques, ultimately ensuring that Grade Three students benefit from a more engaging and effective educational experience. This program marks a significant step forward in elevating the quality of teaching and learning within the school.
