Global Handwashing Day 2022

National Reading Month On November 11, 2022, Marcela Marcelo Elementary School hosted a ceremony to officially start National Reading Month. Mystery reading Ambassador was featured. The importance of values and reading was discussed by Pulso Club officers as well as SPG, English, and Filipino Club officers.

Cadayona, EPS in Filipino monitored the conduct of Cross Validation Test for the Eight-Week Curriculum Implementation.We would like to express our gratitude to MMES Master Teachers Ms. Centeno, Mrs. Opena, Mrs. Reyes, and Mrs. Tagarao for their assistance and to our School Head, Mr. Reynaldo L. Yakit for his unending support.

MMES Joins the Fourth Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) MMES joins the Fourth Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)With reference to NDRRMC Memorandum # 21, s. 2022, stating the conduct of the CY 2022 Quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED),Marcela Marcelo Elementary School, under the governance of Mr. Reynaldo L. Yakit, immediately responded to the instructions provided by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD). It was successfully held on November 10, 2022.As a signal of the drill, the alarm rang at exactly 9:00am for the MMES personnel and students to do the duck, cover and hold in their classrooms  observing the safety and health protocols thru the guidance of their advisers. The earthquake drill was smoothly done with the help and participation of the MMES SDDR Officers with the guidance of School Head.

Train Safety Training run by the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) Today at Marcela Marcelo Elementary School, a select group of grade one students participated in the Train Safety Training run by the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC). Additionally, they carried out safety walks to spot risks and shield pupils from harm, mishaps, and exposure to dangerous situations.
